looks great. Less lumpy/jagged = more feminine. looks like a boy still. round out/bluntify the nose if possible a little bit. add some eyelids or thickness to the lashes so that there's less "bug-eyed" look that is characteristic of 11 year old boy characters.
Hey Chris! As for colors I really like the idea of using this tiny purple/pink/turqoise armadillo in the character >> favorites folder on CAEDM as a color scheme.
It's a real photo but the colors are phenomenal. Sorry for posting late. Been busy with a character design of my own.
